We are excited to announce our first of many Club Fly Outs! On the 4th of May, we will be hosting a fly out to Haverfordwest (EGFE). Hosted and organised by our own Richard Zybert, you can book any one of our aircraft to fly with us.
We will depart Halfpenny Green at approximately 10:00, aiming to arrive at 11:30. We will have time for a look around, a drink and snack in the Café, and a chat with fellow aviators, before we head back to Halfpenny Green – arriving around 15:30.

Can I join as a Student?
Yes, absolutely! Just make sure to book an instructor, along with an aircraft. This will be charged at our normal Flight Instruction hourly rate.
Can I join as a License holder?
Yes, absolutely! You only need to book an aircraft. This will be charged at our normal Solo Hire hourly rate.
I already have a lesson booked for the day
As all of our aircraft will be occupied, we unfortunately cannot continue with normal lessons that day. However, you are more than welcome to book a slot on this trip with us!
Can I bring passengers?
Yes! You can bring as many passengers as your booked aircraft can carry. If you are a student, please remember, an instructor must be present in the aircraft with you, so take this into account if you want to carry passengers.
What will it cost?
Our standard pricing applies here, as well as membership discounts. It will come to roughly 3.5 hours flight time for the round trip.
Can I join with my own aircraft?
Yes! We welcome aircraft owners to join us on this trip. Just let us know in advance that you would like to join.
How do I book?
You can book through our normal Shlott system. Just make sure you book your preferred aircraft for the whole day. Remember to also book an instructor, if you wish. Please also include the amount of passengers you wish to take in the `notes` section when booking. Places will fill up quickly, so make sure you book your place ASAP!
How will you handle cancellations?
Due to the nature of this event, we ask that cancellations will give us at least 1 week notice, to allow someone else to book in that slot. Cancellations that give less than 1 week notice will be subject to a £80 Plus VAT fee, added to your next bill. This is simply a fair price to pay the instructor for the time they would have had in the air, as well as the aircraft for its booked time. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to waive this charge.
